You Earth Ash is a small jewellery business based in the heart of Sheffield . Established by two university graduates in early 2013, You Earth Ash seeks to create unique and affordable jewellery using ethically sourced semi-precious stones from Southern Brazil.

When Will My Order be Dispatched?

We aim to send all orders within 2-3 working days of your order being placed. You will receive a dispatch email once your item has been sent.

How Long will it Take for my Order to Arrive?

United Kingdom

Royal Mail First Class – 1-2 working days.


Europe, Australia & USA.

Royal Mail International Standard – 3-10 working days.

 

Rest of the World

Royal Mail International Standard – 5-10 working days.

 

Please note that these times are just estimates and sometimes they can take longer, especially during busier periods. If you need something for a specific date then it is best to order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

 

Please note that we do not accept any responsibility for loss of orders due to incorrect address details provided when making a purchase. It is very important that you double check your address at checkout before making your purchase.

 



Can I Return My Item?

If you do not like your item or you have changed your mind you can receive a refund or an exchange if the item is sent back to us in original packaging within 14 days of purchase. You MUST send an email to youearthash@gmail.com with the subject ‘Return’ and include details of your order before sending it back. Please take into consideration that you are responsible for the return postage and the new postage should you want to exchange an item for something else.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on pierced jewellery, unless faulty.

What if my Item Arrives Faulty?

In the unlikely event that your item becomes faulty please send an email to youearthash@gmail.com with the subject ‘Faulty Item’ within 14 days of receiving your order. Please give us the details of your order, what the fault is and attach an image of the fault in the message and we will resolve the issue.

 

I still haven’t received my order, what should I do?

In the unlikely event that you have not received your You Earth Ash order within the time frames noted above please contact us as soon as possible at youearthash@gmail.com with the subject ‘Order not arrived’. Please provide us with details of your order in the message and we will aim to resolve your issue. Those within the UK should contact us within 14 days of placing your order and those in the Rest of the World within 30 days of placing your order. If you contact us outside of these time periods then we will be unable to resolve the issue.
