Can I Return My Item?

If you do not like your item or you have changed your mind you can receive a refund or an exchange if the item is sent back to us in original packaging within 14 days of purchase. You MUST send an email to with the subject ‘Return’ and include details of your order before sending it back. Please take into consideration that you are responsible for the return postage and the new postage should you want to exchange an item for something else.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on pierced jewellery, unless faulty.

What if my Item Arrives Faulty?

In the unlikely event that your item becomes faulty please send an email to with the subject ‘Faulty Item’ within 14 days of receiving your order. Please give us the details of your order, what the fault is and attach an image of the fault in the message and we will resolve the issue.
